Welcome

I am a Colorado native and love living and recreating in our beautiful state. I began my career in real estate sales in 1995 focusing my business on fix and flip properties for investor clients and my own projects. In 2001 I was hired as the Managing Broker for Aspen Glen, a luxury home community in Carbondale Colorado and from there onto the Sales Manager for Castle Valley Properties outside of Glenwood Springs. After building a solid foundation in development fundamentals with a specialty in resort home sales I moved to Denver a helped build one of the most successful sales partnerships in the state with Coldwell Banker.

I never stopped missing the mountains and dreamed about moving to Summit County, the area I learned to ski at as a child. I've been selling property in Summit County since 2004 and have owned a residence here since 2013. Today, I live full time in Keystone with my lovely wife Kelly and am living my dream in paradise doing what I love.

I have built my career through honest hard work, genuinely caring about my clients and putting their wants and needs first. I love what I do and approach every transaction with the mindset of maximizing my client's satisfaction and bottom line. I take great pride in this and have been rewarded as a consistent top performer in multiple markets.
